Sheikh Imran Mehrban

Board Member at the Islamic Digital Certification Council, and Chief Master Assayer with mastery in assaying from the Muslim Assayers Council.

He holds a BSc and an MSc in Biomedical Science, and has worked in pathology for 22 years. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Biomedical Science, UK.

He is currently a Senior Biomedical Scientist running a busy laboratory in East Lancashire Hospital.

His qualifications in precious metals and hallmarking are from the Muslim Assayers Council. Imran follows the work of The Birmingham Assay Office, and keeps up with news across the major bullion groups: PAMP, Emirates Mint and Etihad Gold, The Royal Mint in the UK, the Royal Canadian Mint, The Perth Mint in Australia, and the United States Mint.
